Return and shipping policy

Plates 4 Rates will take responsibility for the unlikely event of damaged or spoiled food during shipping. We expect that you reach out to us within 48 hours in the case that you are not satisfied with your package exceptions apply. We require that you send images of items received to plates4rates@gmail.com in the case of a non-satisfactory product.

Plates 4 Rates will not be responsible for damages or loss from undeliverable address, returned to sender/post office packages or receiver's inability to accept at the time of delivery.

Our goal is for fast, reliable and proper handling of packages however this is out of our control. For this reason, packages delivered late by our delivery services are not Plates 4 Rates' responsibility.

Weather conditions may cause a delay in shipping. Plates 4 Rates products are perishable and shipping delays caused by this reason is not eligible for exchange, returns or refunds. However our shipping team will look into providing the best service.
